Placement Type: Full Time Contract for 3 months(40 hrs a wk/160 hrs a month)

What do you need for this opportunity?

Primary Skills:

Adobe Premier, Agency Experience, InDesign, visualizer, Canva, Social Media Posts, Video Editing, Illustrator, Photoshop

Uplers is Looking for:

  • Understanding project requirements, brainstorming, and coming up with unique design solutions that meet the client’s needs and objectives
  • Strong grasp of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva etc.) and Video Editing Software. Keeping up-to-date with the latest software and technology trends is also part of their responsibilities.
  • Ability to develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements such as banners (Social Platforms), Gif and Video Editing. This includes selecting colors, images, text style, and layout to construct designs that are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with the project goals.
  • Work closely with other members marketers, head of the department, and Client (if required).
  • Need to effectively communicate their visions to team members and clients, accept feedback, and make necessary revisions to meet client expectations.
  • Responsible for managing their projects from conception to completion. This involves planning, executing, and tracking project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Understanding the target audience and the market helps in creating relevant and appealing designs.
  • Adept at solving problems that arise during the design process. This could involve finding creative solutions to technical problems, adapting designs to new formats, or revising projects based on client feedback.
  • Ensure that the final design/video adheres to the required specifications and maintains a high standard of quality.
This Role Requires:

  • Agency and brand exposure in marketing communication, ownership of creative production, cross-cultural exposure.
  • Proficiency with top social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc. with known feature and ability to creative designs to the best as per the industry
  • Knowledge of some of the most popular creative tools (CanvaPro, Adobe Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.,) to do production.
