Job Description

o Basic Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)/ DME with first class with minimum 60%of marks.

o Overall work experience: 5 years with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design

o CAD Tool: Should have hands on experience in Creo 3.0/Creo 4.0 for at least 3+ years. Has expertise in

· Modelling and detailing

· Casting and Sheet metal

· Handling of large assembly Management

Design and development of Castings,

o Create production drawings of Castings, machining drawings

Create cad models (sheet metal, casting etc) to support cost reduction projects

o Designs the Sheet metal components/ assemblies using Part modelling, Advanced Part modelling, Sheet metal, modelling techniques as appropriate

o Good experience in creating of structural and weldment drawings

o Good knowledge in Casting processes including Sand Castings, HPD, LPD, Continuous castings and their application

o Well versed with best design-practices of Castings.

o Good understanding and reading complex drawings in casting and sheet metal

o Execution experience of Wind-chill PDM.

o Working knowledge on GD&T with ASME Y 14.5 standards.

o Independent work executer with little support

o Good communication skills – both written and oral

o Good presentation skills
