Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Associate, UPSC User experience

We are looking for exceptional individuals who can add value to our ed-tech venture. We are looking for individuals who can not only take ownership of customer problems but can work as team players.

Primary Role:

Designation: Customer Success Specialist

Customer Success Specialists are typically the voice of reason – the people who take a step back and help get the problem solved. As a customer success specialist, one needs to try and develop a positive customer experience and foster relationships and support brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with the customers about theirpreferences and expectations.
• Learning how to organize, multitask and manage time to complete tasks.
• Mentor & coach enrolled customers.
• Immediate access to all the vital information, which helps in significantly speeding up the workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a CRM Associateor similar role.”(*Should this be written*)
• Broad understanding of content and pedagogy of deliveringcontent in UPSC ( Current Affairs ).
• Portfolio of related works
• Hands-on experience in the field of education
• Knowledge of MS-Excel is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive customers.
• Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects.
• Attention to details.
• BSc/BTech/MBA/BBA/BCA, or relevant qualification related to the field.
• Excellent time-management skills.

Good to have:

• Experience in the Ed-tech field
• Understanding of IAS examination content

Location:

This role is a full-time employee based in our Bangalore office but will presently be on work from home mode.

Language: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam
