Accounts Payable / Receivable

* Coordination with Share Service Team.

* Responsible for timely bill booking and payment to vendors.

* Inter co reconciliation.

* GRIR Reconciliation.

* Maintain OSL and Prepaid register.

* Having good knowledge of TDS and GST.


Fixed Assets

* Maintain Fixed Asset register

* Responsible for preparation of Capital Plan and Budget.

* Coordination with cross functional team towards timely capitalization of assets.

* Responsible for Fixed asset verification.


Banking

* Coordination with Bank Authorities.

* Responsible for FEMA regulations.

* Responsible for maintaining all the documents related to Import & Export.


Month Closing

* Active participation in month closing activity.


Information Technology

* Good knowledge of SAP
