Dear Candidates,

We have a vacancy for an officer in our IT Dept. and we are looking to hire a suitable candidate for the same.


  • Designation: Deputy Manager/ Manager (Depending upon the candidates merit)
  • No of Vacancy: 01
  • Minimum Qualification: Any graduate can apply
  • Relevant Experience: 5-6 yrs
  • Job Location: Jamshedpur
  • CTC: 6-10Lakhs/annum & on Third Party Roll (Thru Randstad)

The detailed JD for this roll is as follows:


  • Manage IT environment of the company.
  • Applications basic script knowledge. IT Trouble shooting
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT environment and electronic data operations.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Coordinate for audit documentation
  • Daily operations and systems support to employees
  • Knowledge of functionality of hardware and software components
  • Both SLA and Non-SLA scopes will be handled promptly.
  • Handle all escalated issues as necessary, scrutinized root cause
  • Make sure that the requests for all the analysts are balance to ensure all work is completed on time
  • Escalate to the next level of support as dictated by process if needed
  • 5 - 6 year experience in IT, SAP ERP, Oracle and Dotnet.
  • Excellent English communications skills both oral and written
