Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Location: Anand, Gujrat

Work Mode: On site (6 Days)

Experience: 4-5 Years

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across various online channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will plan and implement campaigns, analyst performance metrics, and optimize marketing efforts to achieve business objectives. Your expertise in digital marketing techniques and platforms will be instrumental in expanding the organization’s online presence and maximizing ROI.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales through online channels, including websites, social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to define target audiences, campaign objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.
3. Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and positioning.
4. Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and multimedia assets.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer insights, and opportunities for innovation in digital marketing strategies.
6. Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or social media analytics platforms, to track and analyse campaign performance, user behaviour, and ROI.
7. Monitor key metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
8. Optimize digital marketing campaigns based on performance data, A/B testing results, and audience segmentation, to improve campaign effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
9. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and digital marketing partners, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
10. Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and achieving business objectives through digital marketing initiatives.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
9. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy in all aspects of digital marketing planning, execution, and reporting.
10. Continuous learning mindset, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
