As the Platform Manager for HiLITE MALL’s mobile application, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the app, from content management to user experience optimization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that the app reflects our brand identity, drives engagement, and contributes to overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy and Curation: Develop a comprehensive content strategy to attract and retain app users, curating a mix of promotions, events, offers, news, and other relevant information.
  • Content Creation and Design: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing banners, posters, graphics, and persuasive copy that aligns with our brand voice and message.
  • User Experience Optimization: Continuously optimize the app’s user experience to enhance engagement and drive conversions, leveraging data and user feedback to inform decisions.
  • Technical Oversight: Work closely with the development team to ensure the app functions smoothly, troubleshooting any technical issues and implementing updates as needed.
  • Analytics and Insights: Utilize app analytics tools to monitor performance, track key metrics, and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve user experience.
  • Partnership Management: Collaborate with retailers, merchants, and event organizers to feature promotions, offers, and events within the app, leveraging partnerships to enhance user loyalty.
  • Promotions and Offers: Coordinate with partners to curate enticing promotions, discounts, coupons, and scratch cards, adding value to the app user experience.
  • Content Calendar Management: Create and manage a content calendar to schedule updates, promotions, and events, ensuring a consistent flow of information.
  • Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Event Promotion: Work with event organizers and mall management to promote upcoming events and drive footfall to the physical mall through the app.
  • Financial and Tax Compliance: Ensure that all app-related financial transactions, promotions, and offers comply with relevant financial and tax regulations. Coordinate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to tax requirements.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
    • Proven experience in platform management, digital marketing, or app management preferred.
    • Strong creative and writing skills to produce compelling content.
    • Familiarity with app analytics tools, content management systems, and push notification platforms.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and user experience principles.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Understanding of retail and shopping mall industry dynamics.
