Job Description

person should be very comfortable in articulating win themes and value propositions of Cyient

Having 8+ years of strategy, consulting, or business planning experience in a professional services business

Background in solving large and complex issues successfully working directly with senior leaders to resolve

Deep understanding of the Lead to Order policies, processes, methods, and tools required for success

Define a compelling Win Strategy & Price to win for the specific deal

Should be able to Build deal structure and team, deal program plan and control execution with Bid owner

Must have deep knowledge of complexities of large deals should be able to Lead planning and strategy development with leaders across the Pursuit accounts

History of successfully leading senior teams with strong people management skills on a global scale

Able to Analyze & draw conclusion from various customer data, insights, decision power, specific requirements


Build a compelling business case Open to change in response to updated information, facing different or unexpected circumstances, and / or to work in a fast-paced environment

Solid interpersonal skills – the ability to pick up on nuances of client interaction and communications.

Travel, globally, can be expected to range between 10 – 30%, contingent upon Covid-19 restrictions.
