This position needs a highly motivated, data-driven marketer with a proven ability to strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive conversion and consumer engagement.

* Execute strategic digital advertising plans including landing pages, content marketing, SEO, bundle promotions and paid media campaigns to achieve established goals.

* Serve as the primary contact for all employee shops, and manage daily online shop tasks including, but not limited to, account registration requests and trouble-shooting issues related to access and order process.

* Utilize available software tools to regularly report on sales & promotional performance, and to recommend areas of opportunity. Develop an ecommerce scorecard to measure channel KPIs and profitability of all initiatives.

* Collaborate with CRM on email marketing calendar planning; email scheduling, segmentation and deployment of email and mobile consumer messages to interact with subscribers, create brand awareness, and drive sales.

* Optimize and increase the effectiveness of eCommerce, including life cycle trigger programs, transnational messaging and offers, and large-scale campaigns.

* Analyze ecommerce funnel and the consumer journey to identify user needs, then implement web site content, graphics, and campaigns to meet those needs

* Collaborate with Operations, Fulfillment Centers, and the Customer Service teams to optimize eCommerce operational performance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
