Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Assistant located in Manjeri, Malappuram. The role is responsible for supporting the e-commerce team in day-to-day tasks such as:

  • Managing and monitoring online sales channels
  • Coordinating product launches and promotions
  • Assisting in the maintenance of online product catalogs
  • Maintaining and updating product information and pricing
  • Assisting with the creation of marketing collateral and campaigns
  • Managing customer inquiries and issues

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an interest in E-commerce field
  • Fresher
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • An eye for detail and a desire to learn and grow with the team
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam
