To provide professional planning of needed resources, materials, personnel and contracts, scope preparation, cost estimate and schedule integration on Instrument scope for turnaround. To participate in the execution of the TA while ensuring compliance on HSE, quality, duration and costs.

Under the direction of the Lead TA Planning Engineer TA planner is responsible for all planning functions of the approved turnaround scope items for his assigned units.

1. Scope, plan and coordinate maintenance activities on electrical equipment associated with shutdowns, major events or turnaround such as :

- Electrical HV & LV motor services transformer maintenance, busbar, main terminals and earthing system maintenance, capacitor banks, high and low voltage switchboard panels, battery maintenance, etc

- Familiar with pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical equipment commissioning

- Familiar with function test of MCCB, ELCB, interlock timer and protection relays, etc
