1. A typical production management person who is capable of handling people with good interpersonal skills.
2. Through knowledge of latest and advanced practices in machine shop operations, tooling and fixtures.
3. Good knowledge and hands on experience in CNC programming.
4. Good understanding of standards and measurement.

5. Deep knowledge in reading and understanding engineering drawings.
6. Deep knowledge in reading and understanding engineering drawings.
7. Should be positive thinker and good at implementing new systems.
8. Knowledge of TPM/TQM and other latest best practices will be an added advantage.
9. Up-to-date on latest workplace safety practices.
10. Shop floor planning, Budgeting, manpower requirement, Ensuring resource utilization.
11. Entirely responsible for SQCD of the machine shop.
12. Good at data collection and analysis and data drive problem solving techniques

1. Candidate must be willing relocate and work in Kanchipuram Location.
2. Candidate must be having 70% and above in UG
