1. Handling of customer complaints

3. SOP Preparations and revision

4. Calibration Validation activity

5. Co-ordinate with internal and external auditors

6. Vendor service provider qualification

7. Issue documents to various department

8. of customer regulatory audit

9. Review of CAPA, deviation and level 2 documents

10. Training of employee record

11. Preparation maintaining customer s drawing

12. MRM handling

13. Any other job assigned by the management
