Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Vellore. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing local sales strategies to drive business growth. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets. In addition, the Field Sales Executive will be required to gather customer feedback and insights, monitor market trends, and provide feedback on product and service offerings.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, as well as grow existing accounts
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, taking ownership of assigned sales targets and demonstrating a high level of initiative and motivation
  • Experience in the financial services, payments, or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Must experience in Field sales
