Roles and Responsibilities

Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.

Supervision on office maintenance, neat and clean office environment and ensuring that the conference is ready for meetings.

Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information relating.

Confers and cooperates with other departments as needed to ensure coordination of activities.

Well versed with MS Office & Excel.

Office and general office administration activities.

Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good knowledge of MS-Office software suite.

An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.

In-depth understanding of office management proceduresEvent Management Skills.

Greeting PARENTS/CLIENT as they enter and exit.

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
