Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Global Ecommerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce account management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales, building relationships with key clients, and optimizing ecommerce platforms for maximum performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key global ecommerce accounts, including overseeing product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share on ecommerce platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for all ecommerce-related inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and ecommerce trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve ecommerce operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce account management, preferably in a global setting.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
