Position : Graduate Engineer Trainee

Experience :0-1 Years

Location : Chikala MIDC, Pune

Key Responsibilities

They are given basic responsibilities to take care of in various departments

  • Development: will be given small parts to develop, discussions with vendors, validation of

parts, line assembly work etc.

  • Purchase: find the cost of the part, get a competitive price, check with different vendors,

and discuss with vendors and clients. Etc.

  • Planning: Factory planning, floor planning, what product you have to run, when to run,

how much to run, in which unit to run etc.

  • Quality: Check the part quality as per specification or drawings, check parts assembly in

line, and maintain all Quality reports. Etc.

  • Sales & Service: Assisting the sales team in various activities like format filling, quotation

making, campaigns etc. Visiting clients for service related or new enquiry related calls.

Careful gathering of data and reporting.

Suitable Candidate

  • Requires an accredited engineering degree with a consistent academic record and excellent

analytical skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Previous experience in a technical field would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • GETs are distributed in different departments. Development, Purchase, Planning, Quality, Sales &

Service etc.

  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with team members and others in the

workgroup, as well as customers and suppliers.

  • Using any other CAD software is preferable. But not mandatory.
