Business Development Manager

Drive sales and achieve targets through the Loan processing unit.
Map 4-5 loan centres to track every retail loan file before sanction.
Liaise with Bank regional team for insurance penetration to loans.
Conducting meeting, update, reviews required for loan coverage business.
Regular insurance penetration track, update to Bank teams and Life Insurance company regional team.
Submit monthly penetration tracker to HO and ABH/RBH

Sales Support

Relationship Management

The Bank is the key customer of the Business Manager and he has to engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff
Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, JV Companys product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)

Product champion

Spearhead training requirements in region/zones mapped to increase mindshare atrelevant units.
Increase visibility at Bank loan centres and regional offices.
Promoting RnR for channel partner and internal employees to boost insurance penetration to retail loans.

Relationship Management

Bank is the key customer of the Business Development Manager, and he/she must engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff.
Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance.
Ensure that all service requirements are met, medicals facilitated, and customers are satisfied.

Lead Generation

Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk-in, data mining, referrals, etc.
