Long Description

Role Summary

Should have good knowledge in Utility Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

* Be knowledgeable & taking care of the electrical/Mechanical equipment in the plant.
* Ensure availability of all the plant machinery as per KPI.
* Ensure the MTBF&MTTR as per KPI.
* Adhere to the preventive/Predictive &Breakdown maintenance.
* Ensure the safety adherence to self/other employee &equipment.
* Planning & executing the Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and ensure the completion of 100% as per schedule.
* Ensuring zero down time & knowledgeable of all equipment like spot welding robot, arc welding robot, piercing &expansion machine, all pneumatic & electro pneumatic jigs, projection welding m/c, spot welding m/c and material handling robots.
* Promote and ensure continuous improvement in the team.
* Can be able to attend breakdown/preventive /predictive maintenance independently. Can be able to manage the shift and team members

Key Qualifications/Requirements

* BE / B.tech in electrical/electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical

Knowledge and Education

* Required University degree or above

Work Experience

* Working experience in similar industry with Press Equipment’s and Mitsubishi, Siemens PLC & ABB Robotics knowledge.

* Any other activities as may be assigned by the departmental in-charge
