Brief Job description: Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their budgets goals. Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales budgets for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand. Determine marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitors share, and competitors strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential.

Candidate should habe exposure to CATTLE FEED and states like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamilnadu and Andhra, Telangana.
