Responsibilities:

Completion of all the joining formalities entailing collection and verification of required documents, issuing appointment and agreement letters, providing employee codes, ID cards, Business cards, coordinating in opening salary accounts.
Preparing & sending the manpower MIS including Recruitments / Resignations on a regular basis.
Responsible for organizing regular staff welfare activities.
Hospitality Management-Organize meetings and other ad-hoc requirements (including booking rooms, arranging refreshment, etc) and support the team in the preparation of information, et-Hospitality Management.
Safety & Security Management-Managing Security System for company, Control on Man & Material Movement, Weighing System, etc.
Taking proper safety precautions and & carry out safety audits to avoid accidents in factory & damages to factory building, property & Human being.
Providing good housekeeping inside the factory and surrounding area.
Looking after First Aid & Hospital facilities for all employees.
Taking care of the company vehicles, vehicle maintenance, PUC, insurance, road tax, vehicle movement control.
Lodging & Boarding Management-Managing guest houses, Taking care of Workers Accommodations and Amenities. Staying arrangement of company guests, Train Tickets Booking as per policy.
Employees Welfare Management- Looking after Welfare Activities like Drinking water, Latrines, Urinals, First Aid & Hospital Facility, Loan and Advance Facilities, Accommodations, Transportation etc.
Get together of employees, celebrating annual functions, festivals in factory.
Up keeping large infrastructure such as office buildings, residential complexes, messes, club, canteens, welfare & community development institutions & maintenance of essential services -Gardens & Lawns.
Perpetual review of situation as regards the work, productivity, quality and interpersonal relations in the company.
Effective interface with other functional areas of the company.
Effective documentation systems in line to quality stander management.
Contribute to `corporate thought.
Conducting monthly welfare meeting with workers.

Required Skills

Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
Experience in office management
Good written and spoken English and presentation skills
Experience and ability to use MS Office word, excel and power-point, outlook, etc
Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach
Ability to prioritize own work load and work to tight time scales & deadlines
Flexible approach to working hours and practices
Well versed with the compliances under SEDEX, BRC and ISO 22000.

Required Qualification: - MBA/MSW/IRPM
