Designation – Asst. HR Manager

No of Positions- 1

Preference – Both Male & Female Candidate

Job Responsibility-

· Identify the vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants, through man power planning &

· Management.

· Joining formalities, Plan and conduct new employee Orientation & Induction programs.

· Provide current and new employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions,

· Salaries, opportunities for promotion and employee welfare benefits.

· Responsible for operation of Attendance Management System, Statutory compliances, Performance management System and Training and Development process.

· Implementation & formulation of new HR Policies.

· Counselling, retaining employees, doing the full & final settlement.

· Maintaining proper Human Resource Information System & Supervising the overall administration.

· Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, handling the legal

· Formalities and helping resolve work-related problems on & off site.

· Monitor& track productivity levels across the organizations.

· Responsible for labour compliances of offsite employees as per client site requirement.

· Ensures systems and processes support the Company strategy appropriate staff member

Experience Required – 7 to 8 years’ Experience in HR Generalist Activities.

Qualification Required- Btech/Mtech in Mechanical Engineering

Salary- 20k-25K

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
