  • Position:** Recruitment Executive
  • Shift Timing:** 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM
  • Working Days:** 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
  • Training:** 1 Day training only
  • Salary:** Commission-Based/Target based for the first 3 months - Post that, a Fixed Salary. 15 to 21k in hand.
  • Languages Required:** English and Hindi (Both)
  • Joining Date:** Coming Monday/Wednesday

Requirements

  • A laptop and Wi-Fi connection.
  • An alternative SIM/number for candidate calls.
  • A compatible phone for call recording.
  • Experience in BPO Hiring is a must.
  • No Freshers/IT Recruiters.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews over the phone.
  • Use various recruiting methods like job advertising/posting.
  • Source candidates from databases, social media, etc.
  • Post a Job on various portals >> Take Interview on calls >> Align the interview in the company >> Follow up with them till the joining date.
