The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and on boarding, employee retention, payroll and benefits, adherence to statutory compliance, Performance Management, Company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company’s managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle of HR Generalist role at plant level.
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, on boarding efforts and employee retention process
  • Oversee with payroll and benefits administration
  • Performance Management
  • adherence to statutory compliance
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
  • 8+ years’ of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong Administrative skills
