Location- Work From Home

#Responsibilities-
Resource planning to achieve set objectives, team selection, recruitment
Driving & enabling team to achieve goals
Managing relationships with client, on-ground teams and project stakeholders
Monitoring daily operations & making necessary course corrections
Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement

#Requirements-

Undergraduate or Postgraduate with interest and knowledge in the same field.
Excited about working in a fast-paced start-up environment
Comfortable with multi-tasking and fluid requirements
At home with on-ground efforts and rigorous online research
Not just open to but fanatical about learning new things/skills

#Compensation-
1. Fixed Stipend of INR 10,000/- + Performance based Variable Stipend of INR 5,000/-
2. Internship completion certificate.

#Recruitment Process- Two/Three rounds of Personal Interviews post CV based shortlisting
