**Job Title: Human Resources (HR) *

*Location:* [Netaji Subhash place]

*Job Type:* Full-time

*Salary:* [15000,20,000k]

*Job Description:*

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and policies, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

*Responsibilities:*

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews

- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes

- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related queries

- Assist in performance management processes

- Coordinate training and development activities

- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

- 2+ years of experience in HR roles

- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software

- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
