Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated IELTS Trainer to join our team at the Kotaikkal branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria, along with proven expertise in preparing students for success in the exam.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective IELTS preparation classes covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, practice tests, and study materials aligned with IELTS exam requirements.
• Assess students’ language proficiency levels, track progress, and provide targeted feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Conduct mock exams and simulations to familiarize students with the exam format, timing, and scoring criteria.
• Motivate and guide students to achieve their target IELTS scores through personalized coaching and support.
• Stay updated with IELTS exam trends, changes, and resources to ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance curriculum effectiveness and student outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses and helping students achieve their target scores.
• In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and assessment standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and guiding students towards academic and career success.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Familiarity with language teaching methodologies, resources, and technology-enhanced learning is advantageous.
