HR Tech Orientation

- Understand the HRMS Implementation

- Appreciates our operating model (SaaS) Vs. On-prem HR Platform

- Previous experience of having worked on tech implementations of HR Platform

- Ability to use technology to enable HR Processes

Client Orientation / Stakeholder Management

- Ability to proactively gather client needs about the HR platform

- Ability to build credibility in all interactions and promote successful relations with relevant stakeholders

- Ability to work as a team and collaborate with the client as well as internal stakeholders to drive desired outcomes

Execution & Operations Excellence

- Ability to call out the details and execute any task at hand

- Ability to identify gaps in processes and suggest solutions, improvements, etc.

- Ability to continuously seek opportunities for personal/organizational improvement

- Ability to proactively assess outcomes, take responsibility for failures, and deep dive on learnings from experience.’
