Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be working with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job
responsibilities will include
1. Make outbound calls to drive monthly sales targets with working professionals as target audience
2. Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits and become “go-to” resource when it comes to
knowledge of product
3. Understand needs and requirements of prospects and help them select the right program
4. Help customers understand the USPs of the program and build trust
5. Proactively follow up with prospects to help them with any additional informations required for closing sales
6. Maintain detailed data of each prospect data in CRM and lead tracking tools.
