Elevate is recruiting an Intern for our People team on 3 Months Contract role, to digitize personnel files at our Chandigarh office. You will be required to scan and update records on our MIS platform.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, you will:

  • Organise the filing system and keep track.
  • Scan to digitize all documents in personnel files.
  • Upload files to the online platform.
  • Provide daily updates

Experince and Skills:

  • Proficient in English writing and comprehension skills.
  • Prior experience in performing similar duties.
  • Diligent and detail-oriented to ensure good quality of work.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Outlook and Excel).
  • Ready to work from the Chandigarh office.

Education:

  • Qualification - Any.
