Overall Objectives of Job:

To support the Internal Audit function, in all aspects of Internal Audit work.

QQualification & Experience

· At least 3 years of professional audit experience in technical IT activities, e.g. IT (security) operations, system administration and implementation, access management, database management, and architecture support.

· Knowledge in a variety of IT architecture and technical platforms, IT risk and controls, business continuity management (BCM).

· Operating systems and networking knowledge is required along with an understanding of IT trends such as Big Data, IoT, Cloud, and block chain

· Applying analytical thinking, root cause analysis, methodological and conceptual as well as consulting skills

· Excellent command of English (verbal and written)

· Initial professional experience in internal/external audit is highly preferred

· Business know how within other functions, regions and entities of Allianz Group is beneficial

· Talent to understand auditee’s perspective and ability to listen

· Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive and committed working style

· Ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures

· Willingness to minimum travel

· Sound and comprehensive communications skills to exchange information

· Agility and commitment to continuous learning

· Ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and different departments as well as willingness to support new team members
