We are urgently looking for an Desktop Support Engineer on contract. IT Hardware knowledge, Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting.
Knowledge if of LAN/WAN.Installation OS Windows/Anti-Virus, camera installation.Candidate must have minimum 1-3 Yr experience.

Required Candidate profile

Update customer data and produce activity reports. Satisfy customers through problem solving process. Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
