Roles and Responsibilities

Sourcing the right candidates through various portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and networking
Initial screening of candidates over the phone for gauging their suitability for the position for technical and soft skills
Managing end to end recruitment process
Follow up with the account managers and candidates on a daily basis to know the interview feedback / status.
Intimating results and status of the interview to the candidates.
Salary negotiations
Handholding of the selected candidates till onboarding
Maintaining a database of all professional candidates for future reference.

Desired Candidate Profile

Having 1 or 2 years experience of recruitment in manufacturing companies.
