BRIEF DESCRIPTION

We are looking for 1-2 years of full stack experience with Reactjs

Responsibilities

    Part of Production Support team providing L2 support of 24X7 proactive

    Should be flexible with rotational shifts (Day/ Night / Weekend/ On call)

    Analyse, identify, prioritize and assist in resolution of issues in production environments

    Analyse, categorize and assist in development by application enhancement requests

    Bridge call management, engaging and coordinating with multiple teams for critical production issues

    Follow the standard escalation procedures for critical issues and quick resolution

    Handle internal and external communication and establish good working relationship with the customers

Primary Skills

    1-2 years of full stack experience with:
    React PWA
    Mobile first approach
    NodeJS + Express
    MongoDB
    API development (RESTful, GraphQL,
    or equivalent)

    Experience with Microservices (Docker, Kubernetes or equivalent)

    Understanding of DevOps (CI/CD, IaC, etc.)

    Experience in Versioning tools like GIT on Github, Bitbucket,

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Excellent team player

    Strong problem-solving skills

    Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills required

    Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment

    Trouble shooting skills

    Proven escalation management and leadership skills

    Able to multitask when several critical issues happen simultaneously

    Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements

    ITIL understanding
