Greeting of the Day,

Immediate Opening for Kitchen Steward & Captain

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/ 3 year Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience: 3+ years(industry experience in hotel/hospitality sector)

Languages: Telugu, English(Fluency is must)

Additional requirements: 1) Must be really good in training and must be responsible for placement of all the candidates in his/her batch
2) Must have excellent communication and convincing skills

ToT certification: Preferred


Requirements

  • Good Interpersonal Skills,Excellent communication and presentation skills.


  • Knowledge and Ability to use different training methodologies aligned
    with audience profile

  • Presentable, Motivator and good leadership skills


  • Good people management and interpersonal skills


  • Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques


  • An ability to manage the full training cycle
