We at KPMG India are looking for a Manager who is passionate about ESG.

Job Title:Manager- ESG

Job Location: Gurgaon

Experience:6 – 10 years

Desired skills and requirements:

  • Knowledge of preparing sustainability reports and strategies, undertaking materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement activities and preparation of internal and external reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with developing ESG strategy for clients along with stakeholder consultation
  • Well versed with relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practices as well as a good understanding of the issues within the Sustainability industry, including the sustainability reporting frameworks such as Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), amongst others.
  • Good understanding of rating agency requirements such as Multianalytes, DJSI, CDP, MSCI, etc.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to collaborate with multiple workstreams and stakeholders at the same time. Must have demonstrated successful project management in a highly decentralized organization that required collaboration, consensus, and a high degree of influence.
