As a Lead for Analytics team within Business Operations supporting the Go-To Market

function, you will be performing end to end data analysis & present

insights, create meaningful metrics by working with Senior stakeholders, collaborate with IT team

for developing impactful BI applications, for use by the GTM function. This role requires you to

work with several functions such as IT, Finance, Legal, HR, InfoSec etc. and also, the leadership

of the company so having great interpersonal skills is a boon.


Your responsibilities would include:

Working closely with stakeholders to help identify business issues & enable them with

insights from data through application of analytical techniques and recommend solutions

Integrate data from multiple sources systems to form coherent views that would enable

complex analysis

Design & implement structured processes within the GTM Ops team to maintain

high levels of data quality and accuracy

Effectively managing stakeholder communication on the insights & metrics developed, either

verbally or in writing

Continue to push stakeholders to think big in developing or re-design current BI applications

that can create transformational business impact


Requirements:

4-7 years of work experience at minimum

MBA from a top-tier college with Analytics experience; Or a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier

university with highly relevant work experience

Track record of complex projects with multiple stakeholders completed successfully

Ability to work on data and make key choice based on the business context

Work experience in internet, software, and SaaS industries is a plus

Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, but comfortable

with ambiguity and adept at solving problems creatively

Passion for technology and for pushing new concepts, products, and services

A strong bias toward collaboration and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional &

dispersed team

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external

stakeholders
