Roles and Responsibilities

  • Give technical leadership to team in India which is involved in Unit Testing
  • Collaborate with team in Vietnam and lead overall technical direction of both the teams
  • Provide technical solutions for issues
  • Take decisions related to technical matters collaborating with different stake holders
  • Lead automation of processes to improve efficiency. As part of this, development of scripts and tools will be part of the job
  • Take technology related responsibility in developing new clients and new projects (especially not related to unit testing)

  • Documentation of data/information with attention-to-details
  • Presentation of information with attention-to-details
  • Communication with multi-location teams
  • Understanding and thinking from clients’ perspective
  • Transferring automotive domain knowledge to the team and help them think from the perspective of Automotive domain

Technical

  • Total experience of 5 - 10 year with majority in automotive domain
  • Experience in tool based unit testing
  • Embedded system software development/testing experience
  • Experience in C language
