- Project Role Description :Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities :1 Analyses the training needs collated for the employees Identify internal and external training programs to address the training needs 2 Reach out to the stakeholder, capability leads to understand the details if trainings asked for 3 Communicate with the stakeholders inform employees about training options 4 Keep a regular track of the nominations completion of trainings 5 Track, maintain report employee training records 6 Understand work with allotted training budget
Technical Experience :Cloud Certified MS Office and good analytical thinking Power Point Presentations Power BI / Tableau
Professional Attributes :Excellent Delivery/ Facilitation and Communication Skills Knowledge of training methodologies and learning management systems Knowledge of training methodologies Knowledge of learning management systems Knowledge of competency management
Educational Qualification :Bachelors degree in a related field and proven experience Min 3-4 years experience in training
Additional Information :7 Manage training certification and assessment 8 Manage the Training logistics for all the training
