  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities :1 Analyses the training needs collated for the employees Identify internal and external training programs to address the training needs 2 Reach out to the stakeholder, capability leads to understand the details if trainings asked for 3 Communicate with the stakeholders inform employees about training options 4 Keep a regular track of the nominations completion of trainings 5 Track, maintain report employee training records 6 Understand work with allotted training budget

    • Technical Experience :      Cloud Certified MS Office and good analytical thinking Power Point Presentations Power BI / Tableau

    • Professional Attributes :      Excellent Delivery/ Facilitation and Communication Skills Knowledge of training methodologies and learning management systems Knowledge of training methodologies Knowledge of learning management systems Knowledge of competency management

    • Educational Qualification :      Bachelors degree in a related field and proven experience Min 3-4 years experience in training

    • Additional Information :      7 Manage training certification and assessment 8 Manage the Training logistics for all the training
