Roles and Responsibilities

Need Qualified legal persons with 3-12years experience preferably from an IT company with strong exposure to contracting and end to end negotiation across geographies

Applies professional judgment based on analysis of quantitative data and information.

Required to structure and negotiate International IT business transactions Ø Draft transactional documents.

Perform legal research.

Supervise closings and draft a variety of legal documents Ø Coordinating with external counsels.

Negotiate and close procurement contracts.

Advises senior management about contractual risks which can create legal and/or business risk.

Leads TechM cross functional team negotiating non standard terms and conditions with customers.
