Job Profile:
Maintenance Engineer/In charges (Buildings)

Only Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering candidate may apply, Other candidate should not be entertained.

Candidate having minimum 4 to 7 years experience in building maintenance is required. Selected candidate should prepare for immediate joining. The profiles are given below.
As needed including building inspections, procuring bids, managing staff, building operations, leasing and projects. Keep a log of maintenance performed
Walk-through building spaces regularly to check and verify on going activities
Able to Clearly Understand finishing works methodology and found route cause to encounter the causes, minimize the usage of unwanted cost for materials.
Prepare of Daily Progress Reports/ manpower reports, / work turn out etc.
Electrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required.
Lock/keys – repair and install new locks, prepare all necessary keys and provide keys to maintenance office
Patrol building exteriors for garbage, sweep lots and walks as needed
Meet with Contractors/Sub Contractors as necessary, monitor work. Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
Landscape work as required, maintain landscaping at a high lever – water flowers and grass as needed
Touch up painting and dry-wall patching as needed.
Maintain an inventory list for janitorial and electrical supplies
Monitor utility usage and be responsible for building energy management (including but not limited to) time clocks and preventive maintenance
Move equipment, tools or supplies between properties as required
Timely response with Nextel is required. Report any facility problems to immediate supervisor
Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, Plumbing/ life safety and building security. Patrol parking areas and monitor, issue tickets where required
Inspect roofs and drains regularly. Properly mark store purchase receipts and submit packets weekly. Monitor tenant move outs and move ins
Check contract janitorial work – notify supervisor of any problems. Good tenant relations. Be polite, courteous and helpful at all times.
Professionalism at all times. Possess a “can do” attitude,
Required Qualifications: Diploma/ BE –Civil
Note: Experience in Same field/Profile as per above only can be taken for consideration, others need not to apply. Immediate joiner will be take on priority.
