Job Description:

eDelta is looking to engage with motivated professionals with under 2 years of experience, for full-time employment opportunities. The ideal candidate will be MBA / similar other qualifications. The project assignment is for 6 months probation. On successful completion, your employment will be confirmed and you may be assigned to different roles. Post-confirmation, Probationers incentives are on Industry-benchmark basis. Based on your professional profile and competence, you might be placed in either of three divisions.

  • Marketing support
  • Product / Content Management
  • Operations

  • MARKETING SUPPORT:In this role, you will be supporting eDeltas marketing & sales team in planning, rolling it out in the market, managing deliverables from the vendors, event management, social media planning, and campaign operations etc. This role is client-facing with external stakeholder engagement so candidates should have prior experience, strong communication, and a service-oriented approach.
  • PRODUCT / CONTENT DEVELOPMENT: The team is responsible for the overall content development in form of chapters, questions bank, explanations notes, and other material for school education based on NEP 2020. The focus is on skill and outcome-based learning performance-based material. This team will also involve in market research, understanding client expectations, competitor product analysis etc.
  • OPERATIONS: This role plays a crucial part in implementing all the plans and ensures seamless client service.


    • Responsibilities

    • Deliver allocated tasks by the deadlines
    • Quality of deliverable in the respective areas
    • Build and cultivate relationships with the stakeholders in their respective areas of work
    • Demonstrate ownership of the allocated activities
    • Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • A Masters degree is preferred
    • A professional degree is desired MBA / MTech or similar qualifications
    • Prior experience preferred but freshers will also be considered
    • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Familiarity or ability to quickly learn
    • The ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
    • Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint
    • Comfortable with mining and analytics of business verticals, companies etc.
