What we are looking for:

This person will become an integral member of the APAC Research Field Marketing team, charged with developing, managing and implementing ongoing customer engagement strategies to achieve business objectives for India.

The candidate should have good understanding of publishing industry and digital marketing trends in India especially marketing automation and demand generation. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver campaigns for customer retention, engagement, and new business. He/she will provide forward-thinking ideas to engage customers and create effective campaigns across the buyer’s journey in India.

How you will make an impact:
  • Identify business opportunities through market assessment, sizing and segmentation.
  • Sales target and pipeline analysis for B2B marketing program strategy
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing activities for Wiley products -expanding the Wiley brand and reach to libraries, end users, influencers & key decision makers in India.
  • Contributing to the overall integrated marketing plan, target, and calendar for India
  • Identify new business opportunities and work collaboratively in developing and executing online / onsite engagement plan.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns for retention, demand generation
  • Grow existing business via cross selling
  • Manage and optimize marketing-influenced pipeline
  • Reporting monthly on key activities and quarterly review of KPI’s, initiatives and progress to the Marketing and Sales Management.
  • Liaise with Sales, Channel Partners and other Marketing Teams such as Content & Social Marketing Team, Product Marketing Teams, Customer Experience Team and Demand Management Team for the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns including (but not limited) to events, emails, content, social media, web
  • Passionate about digital marketing with focus on marketing automation, content marketing, data analytics and social media marketing.
