Position Title: Manager- Production Maintenance (Soft Drinks SSDPlant)Department- ProductionSalary CTC - Upto 20 LPALocation - Coca-Cola Bottling Plant at Paraj, Near Galsi, Burdwan, WBEducation Qualifications- BE/ B. Tech (Mech) (REPUTED INSTITUTE)Experience in years - 8 to 12 Years (Industry Specific),Age- 30-35 yearsJob RequirementsMandatory: Experience in Production Maintenance in a Manufacturing Plant, Must in Food Beverages, Pharma, or in Process Industry.Good to Have: Experience in running a high-speed soft drink Line.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to Manufacturing Associates of various levels.
  • Ensure oversight of Manufacturing operations across all shifts, including weekend support as needed.
  • Assist with the authoring and implementation of manufacturing procedures and batch records.
  • Lead routine manufacturing activities; including day to day scheduling and raw materials/consumables management.
  • Operate and assist with the maintenance of production equipment.
  • Interface with auditors.
  • Initiate GMP procedures and Perform Manufacturing review.
