  • Liaison with ASI/ASM to create a training batch
  • Ensuring training centres are ready before the session
  • Conducting training sessions, assessment, OJT certification
  • Onboarding session
  • Training need identifying sessions
  • Refresher
  • Assessments
  • Tracking driving productivity of all certified
  • To be effectively delivering the content in local languages
  • Reading and writing the location languages
  • Traveling across the state will be part of the job
Qualifications

8 -10 years of experience in direct selling and training. Candidates should have training experience in best in class direct selling organizations (E.G. Eureka Forbes). Candidate should be skilled and knowledgeable to conduct a session of sales team, be effective in delivering content, increasing productivity and reduce the manpower attrition
