Roles and Responsibilities

This person will serve as a single point of contact for the client
Will be responsible for project scheduling & also check the feasibility of project execution
Organize meetings with internal stakeholders such as survey programming, data processing, and coding teams
Should be able to create a client-friendly questionnaire
Set up the survey link and questionnaire
Define sampling plan and identify potential bottlenecks, ensure quality measures are followed
Responsible for vendor and field management, ensure necessary data checks are performed
Post survey, responsible for creating report shell template & populate standard deliverables
Perform Verbatim analysis and QC client deliverables
Prepare final charting presentation, create storyboard, update headlines and develop excel scorecards
