Roles and Responsibilities

1. Mobilize candidates from the rural areas of Haryana & Punjab State to get skilled for employment, explain the key features of DDU-GKY Program to stakeholders at district, block and village levels, articulate future benefits of the training to the rural youth and their families.

2. Document the details of mobilized and contacted candidates.

3. Build relationship with key stakeholders like district & block functionaries.

4. Use IT tools like Kaushal Panjee, MSOffice.

5. Tracking of candidates during and after training. Use of marketing tools like Leaflets, jingle, banner, flex, poster etc. in every village of sanctioned district.

6. Identified Block wise/Village wise and Category wise population and plan accordingly.

7. Counselling and initial screening of the candidate in field.

8. Perform IEC task.

9. Check candidate eligibility as per DDUGKY and organizations norms.

10. Frequent follow-up with students and parents.

11. Ensure that participants are regular in course and in discipline, In case of drop out need to follow with candidate for the same.

12. Raising local volunteers & Point of Contacts in community.

13. Home visits for trainees & Planning community events.

14. Etc.
