OPT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition in US IT Staffing
Duration: Fulltime
Location: Remote
Experience - 1 to 5yrs

Job Description

1- Should have the ability to hire USC & GC candidates on our terms & conditions.
2- Responsible to analyse different Employment types w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
3- Responsible to use Job Portals like Dice, Indeed and Career Builder, and social media Platforms.
4- Experienced with End to End cycle of sales from Submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations, and Follow Up.
5- Update and maintain every month reports of Interviews scheduled and Placements done.
6- Excellent Communications.
