RIVIGO is a technology company that is building the material movement pipeline of India and making logistics human, faster, safer and cost-effective.

We are currently hiring fresher graduate for Process Associate role in our company.

Job description-

  • Adherence to operating metrics for high levels of customer service
  • Timely loading/ unloading LH and Feeder Vehicles
  • Ensure high productivity of faujis (labour) by supervising in stacking the boxes inside vehicle and on shop floor, Scan app adoption
  • Quality check of basic documents like Invoice, E-way bill etc.
  • CPM
  • On time loading / unloading Vehicles (TAT of 2 hrs)
  • On time departure (OTD) of vehicles.
  • Ensure ZERO DEPS- Timely report any damages, excess, pilferage, shortage, interchange of consignments/boxes.
  • Adherance to system assigned delivery dates and assigned route.
  • Zero DEPS.
  • Min autoplan non adherance (APN).

Skills Required-

  • Understanding of operations metrics
  • Ability to deal with contractual workforce/labor workforce/
  • truck drivers.

Education-

  • Graduate/BA/BCOM/BSC/DIPLOMA

Experience-

  • 0 years/Freshers only
