Process Specialist Data Services

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage end to end data fitness on ongoing delivery
• Delivering work products throughout the project life cycle
• Analyze and validate the data post importing it into client’s ERP tool
• Participate in meetings, check in call with onshore team and walkthroughs to analyze problems.
• Provide onshore and offshore troubleshoot assistance. Handle queries
• Create technical specs for automation and improvements
• Create test scripts, review UAT results and recommend resolution for unsatisfactory test results.
• Serving as a channel between the internal-external customers and the software development team through which requirements flow

Work Experience and Education

• Graduates / Post Graduates in any stream
• Laterals with 6-7 years of experience
• Experience in preparing business requirements documents & Reports / UAT / Real Estate would be ideal.
